Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you receive your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. Unfortunately also we do not offer refunds, all sales are final.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. All item to qualify for exchange must be returned within 15 days after delivery.
